By accessing or using VTUPoint, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

VTUPoint provides digital services including, but not limited to: Airtime top-up, Data bundle purchases, Bill payments, and Other virtual top-up services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

To use our services, you must: Be at least 18 years old or have legal consent, Provide accurate and complete registration information, and Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, All activities carried out under your account, and Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access. VTUPoint shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

All transactions must be completed using approved payment methods. Payments are processed instantly; therefore, transactions are final and non-reversible once confirmed. Users must ensure accuracy of details (e.g., smartcard numbers, service providers, etc) before completing a transaction. VTUPoint is not responsible for errors made by users during transactions.

All service fees and prices are subject to change at our discretion. We strive to keep pricing accurate; however, errors may occur and will be corrected when identified.

While we aim for uninterrupted service, VTUPoint does not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party failures may affect service delivery.

You agree not to: Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities, Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, or Use automated systems (bots) without permission.

VTUPoint shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, Losses arising from service interruptions or delays, or Errors caused by third-party service providers.

All content on this platform, including text, logos, and design, is the property of VTUPoint and may not be used without prior written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, especially in cases of violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone.

VTUPoint may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
